Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Piksi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Piksi is a pairwise comparison ranking tool. You create decks, add items, compare pairs, and the app calculates rankings using the Glicko-2 algorithm. The service is provided as-is.

Your Account

You need an account to use Piksi. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use someone else's account.

Your Content

You own the content you create (deck names, card names, descriptions). By publishing a deck to the marketplace, you grant other users permission to copy and use that deck. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Marketplace

Decks published to the marketplace are visible to all users. Other users may copy published decks. You can unpublish your decks at any time, but existing copies will remain.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

1. Use the service for any unlawful purpose
2. Attempt to access other users' data
3. Interfere with the service's operation
4. Publish offensive, abusive, or spam content to the marketplace

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

Limitation of Liability

Piksi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
